Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Food & perishable goods cannot be returned.

We ask that you please measure yourself correctly before selecting a belt size. If your belt does not fit, we will happily exchange the item for another size, issue a refund or provide you with a shop credit providing the item is still in its original packaging and is unworn/unused.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage,

For “change of mind” we will happily offer a product swap or store credit. You will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

If you would like a refund, please note we will only issue you a refund for the cost of your products and not the shipping cost.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to change of mind.

Damages and Issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace this item for you FREE of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mila Meets Koda™ products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects. Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.

We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products and foods.
